First question … Is it possible to promote multiple products and or services with this plugin, or is it limited to being used with the Supporter Plugin only? In other words, can I have several products that my bloggers can promote and sell on their blogs, on something similar to the ad sharing model?

edit — I have uploaded the script and the matching folder into both the mu-plugins folder and the regular plugins folder, but I don’t see anywhere to set commission or royalty rates. Is this only set in the Supporter plugin? Is that the only product or service that the Affiliate plugin will track?
