Updated: Who Sees Ads for WPMU

The latest version of the Who Sees Ads plugin (v2.0) is now available for download. This version is completely compatible with WPMU and fixes a number of bugs including this one:

I cannot get the plugin to save options in either Firefox or in Safari. Am I missing something? I drag the rules like the old one and save it and it creates the rule, but when I select it from the dropdown it forgot all the individual rules. It also won’t save again. I might have to clear the DB of the options and try again….

safe to say existing contexts that were created previously are lost after upgrade to 2.0?

OK, so, I had to start from scratch creating a new context. No huge deal for me as I only had one created previously…

Created the context and hit save and received the error here… (edit: I tried to link to screenshot of error, but it won’t accept my code)…

The error is…

Yes, PHP-Version 5.2.5

…and after some initial testing, even though my context seems to “exist”, no ads seem to be showing.

Still much testing to do…

Do you happen to have access to a server running PHP4? Basically the problem that everyone is having really doesn’t seem to be a bug in the code from what I can tell. On some server configurations WSA works just fine but then on others it tosses the error.

Could you help me troubleshoot by searching http://video.indielab.org/ in Google and then following a link and let me know if you see the 336×280 ad?

I haven’t been able to see the ads so far, but maybe you can?

It seems to be fixed! Thank you for your quick attention, very appreciated. I went in and selected the existing context (336×280), and it had no rules associated with it. It seems it didn’t get to that point after the error.

So, I assigned some rules, hit save, and no error. Also visited my site above via search engine and the ads showed as expected….:slight_smile:

Thanks for verifying. That ad is not from the WSA plugin, it’s from the Author Advertising plugin:wink:
