Support SUCKS

I’ve contacted you 3 times already, and I haven’t received an email back!

I had an unauthorized credit card purchase on this site and I want my money refunded, INSTANTLY!

If you would actually contact people when they contact you, you may not see this on the forum.

50 dollars, I don’t want 50 dollars of my money wasted on this place. I have no clue what it’s for.

All I know is I have a 50 dollar charge on my account to inscub and I want that money back!

So if one of the support representatives here could give me an email back, THAT WOULD BE GREAT!

Otherwise, I’ll call my bank and they will deal with you.

And my son made this account without my ‘ok’ and every other company he paid to issued my money back.

    I have canceled your subscription so that you will not be charged again. Unfortunately the fact that your son supposedly stole your credit card isn’t a valid reason for us to issue a refund. The payment was for access to a service, not a tangible product. Since there is no tangible product to return, we only issue refunds in certain situations.

    That’s great. However, we have no way of verifying any of this and the fact that the payment was made for a service remains. Your account was also actively used:

    First off that could be considered a threat. Second, if you feel the need to contact your bank then please do. Make sure they are provided with proper contact information for us. Alternatively you could supply us with contact information for someone at your bank handling the matter. I’d be happy to give them a call.

    Finally, I think I’ve explained our position on this pretty well. If you continue to post disruptive posts like the one above in our forums I’ll have to set your account to read only.

    Ok you don’t understand whats about to happen:

    50 dollars was taken off my card, and I don’t approve of it, and I am in need of it back.

    I’m already getting kicked out of my house because I’m 2 months behind in rent.

    My inspection on my truck is dead, and I need 4 new tires which will cost alot of money. Further more, I’ve been driving with a dead inspection up until last week when my truck broke down. I need a 1000 dollar part for something to do with the gears in the back wheels of my truck.

    50 dollars may seem like nothing, but to me, it’s very important that I have it back. The economy is going bad, and I’m about to be kicked out onto the street with my wife, and 2 kids.

    Please refund my money.
