Ads only showing in iPhone browser, only white space in desktop browser

I inserted my AdSense snippet into the “Before” Ad Code and “After” Ad Code boxes.

However, ads do not display at all in Firefox or Safari. They do however show up in my iPhone browser (using the wptouch optimized theme) with huge blank spaces below the ads.

I thought perhaps it was only showing up because the snippet is for Google Ads for Mobile Devices, but when I insert a normal ad snippet nothing shows up in my desktop browser or my iPhone browser. Only a gaping white space where the ad should be.

    try this as a test:

    Upload a banner picture

    then in the before after simply add an img tag to that banner.

    If it shows up then you know the software is working.

    Also what plugin are you using as Simple Ads id different from the other Ad manager they have ( I had to remove simple ads as the other one has more options). Also Supporter has the same type of ad setup in it.

    Also what config are you using 25/75%, 75/25% other

    I played around with the sizes and types of snippets and I finally got a 250×250 ad to show up

    Its not ideal, but at least I know its working now, and I can play around with it until I get the configuration I need.
