I have a couple installations where I can not create a new sign up. When I try I get the following error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/h/s/u/hsuso/html/wp-content/themes/bp_social112/bp-social/header.php:2) in /home/content/h/s/u/hsuso/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 868

I’ve deactivated ALL plugins with the exception of buddypress.

My other two installations are working fine so not sure what happend here.

    @hollysuso: If you can clarify what theme you are using as I see your links say bp_social but see the bp_business theme on the site you linked. That aside I think you’re issue is your theme path. You have it as bp_social112/bp-social it should be bp-social you don’t need to have the theme in the directory bp_social112/ – all themes should be in their direct directory not under a sub directory under themes. Hope that helps.

    the installation path should be

    /home/content/h/s/u/hsuso/html/wp-content/themes/bp-social/

    not

    /home/content/h/s/u/hsuso/html/wp-content/themes/bp_social112/bp-social/header.php

    no need to upload the bp_social112..just the bp-social and bp-social child
