I just installed the Community theme at http://primerealestateblogs.com.
I found that it only appears on the HOME and BLOG pages. The MEMBERS, GROUPS, and BLOGS pages all kept the default theme.
I then tried uploading the Corporate theme and got exactly the same results.
On both installations, I got the following error message, but the theme stil loaded.
