Community Plugin functions

I have recently installed the community plugin on my new worpressmu+BuddyPress+bbPress installation. set up a few test communities and created a test user to try the system out. I am using the corporate BuddyPress theme. As the (non admin) user it seems that I can only see the communities options from the admin page. I do not see the communities option appear anywhere on the main site, I was expecting to see a tab like ‘groups’ ot ‘blogs’. Is this correct?

    Hiya,

The communities plugin really shouldn’t be used on a BuddyPress site. BuddyPress already has a comparable feature (groups).

I do not see the communities option appear anywhere on the main site, I was expecting to see a tab like ‘groups’ ot ‘blogs’. Is this correct?

The communities are entirely in the backend. Again, it’s somewhat pointless to use this plugin on a BP install.

    Thanks,

    Andrew
