API KEY

I cant get my API Key to work.. I tried to reset it and entered the new key and it says “Your API Key is invalid. Please try again.”

    Hello Ryan,

    By any chance, have you tried to completely remove and reinstall the plugin ?

    Also, did you try to reset your API key and try with a new key ? Please lemme know if you are unable to reset your API key as well, and I can assist you with the same.

    Welcome to WPMU Dev!

    Have you tried replacing the key or any of the other fixes offered earlier in this ticket?

    Make sure there is not an extra space at the end of the key which is sometimes caused by windows based machines when using copy and paste, if you are using copy and paste.

    Please advise.
