We currently use WP Job Manager to post our positions on our website. We also have integrated most (if not all) posting(s) from our website to our Facebook page by using the Jetpack Publish tool.
With that said, using WP Job Manager, there is not a function to add a “featured image”. Yet, when we publish the job using WP Job Manager, it sends the job to Facebook with a random image that is on our website. The random image is always the same image and we cannot figure out how to remove the image and just allow the Job to post.

Those are the two pages where the jobs are posted and then then Facebook page where the jobs are displayed.
