How install a local version from a clone of the live version?

What is the procedure to have a local version (clone) using this plugin please?

    Hi @whitewolf,

    I hope had been good today!

    I think you can install the Snapshot Pro in your local version and import the “backup” from the live version, the same procedure used as a live version.

    You should be able to create a copy like this:

    1) on “live” site – install snapshot, create full snapshot (including db tables, files and plugins );

    2) on localhost – setup fresh, clean (default) WP and install Snapshot Pro;

    3) on “Snapshot” -> “Import” page, add URL to that snapshot archive file OR upload that snapshot archive (from live site) to localhost’s /wp-content/uploads/snapshots directory;

    4) on localhost – hit Scan/Import on the same page and then go to “All snapshots”, the snapshot should be visible there, then click restore;
