Access previous live chat conversations

Hey guys,

I was just wondering where can one access previous live chat conversations. Often times I like to refer back to specific resources that helped solve a certain issue and I can’t seem to find anywhere that I can access this.

Could you enlighten me please?

    Hello Mike,

    I’m afraid this is not possible :slight_frown: – we are not keeping archives of chats on our servers so they can’t be accessed.

    I can suggest sending transcripts of chats to your e-mail – on chat box there is small envelope icon that allows for that.

    If you remember date of the chat it is possible that our staff can look for the transcript in Live Chat and send it to you.

    But other than that, from our site old chats can’t be accessed.
