Reports are not working

I set the immediate reports but after an hour its still not coming. How can I fix that?

    Hi evielutions,

    Hope you’re well.

    I was checking the report logs of your site and it seems like it stops somewhere during the security scan.

    Can you create new Report but disable security scan, so we can see if this is indeed the issue here?

    Let us know when that scan finishes or fails so we can check the logs again and see if we can get some new information.
