Automate & Reports do not send emails

I have enabled Automate & Reports on HUB for my site. Hub Reports supposedly every Monday. I have missed 3 mondays already trying to figure this out. I did check my spam folder, and no email there.

    I can see from our logs that the last time Automate saw a pending update, and proceeded with that, was on 2018-02-07. Can you check if you get an email back then?

    After this date, Automate logs mention no pending update, which means that between the 6 hours interval that checks your website, couldn't find anything, most probably because you were manually updating plugins and themes – please do correct me, if I'm wrong here. :slight_smile:

    About the Reports issue, there's already an issue we're dealing with at the moment, which is around the "Security" part of these. Could you please try to disable it and run Reports once more?

    I did received Automate Report last Feb 7 from both sites mentioned in chat support. And yes, I do have to update the Themify themes and themify plugins as I need to logiwith Themify’s in order to update them.

    No. There are updates log on the Automate after this date that you can see on the Hub thyat has been updated but no reports has been sent.

    The other websites still fail to send even after I turned off the Security an hour before.

    This is still an generic timeout issue under investigation and testing currently.

    Could you please try to run manually a new report for the site mentioned in chat? You can do that after editing the report, in the last step

    Will do. Apparently, the last update was February 15 on SLC website still I did not receive any Report that was scheduled last Monday. And on the other website, last update was feb 24 and I did not receive any report any report last Monday but starting getting Automate Report from this website. Will let you know if there’s one as the automate is set default schedule. How do I prevent that? should I deactivate the automate?

    Depends on website, either client report or dev report or both.

    Been trying this from time to time but no success. And the Optional send report right away is always on even I edit that it is on.

    About the Reports issue, it seems that we narrowed this down and there’s a big code review happening these days, around the Performance part, which will hopefully resolve that. We’ll keep you posted here as soon as we’ve got some valuable insights.

    As for Automate, I can see that in the website with granted support access (https://******coffeebeans.com) the last update that it performed was on 2018-02-25 for “sticky-side-buttons” plugin. From that time, all Automate crawls don’t see any pending updates.

    As the pending update is from Slider Revolution, which is a premium plugin and could possibly mess with that, can you install another plugin from official repository, just don’t use latest version, but a previous one, so you get the update notification too. Let me know here in your next reply that this is done. :slight_smile:
