Scheduled Reports not coming in

I was experimenting the ‘Reports’ feature in the Hub in one of my sites. I set up a scheduled weekly client report to be sent on every Monday on the last 14th February. The immediate report came in but no scheduled reports came in. Please advice.

    My colleague Nahid has already asked our admins for help and they are checking that on our end. We’re waiting for information from them so please keep track of this ticket and we’ll update it as soon as we hear back from them.

    I hope you’re well today and I apologize for the delay with getting back to you.

    There was a fix pushed to The Hub yesterday that should be addressing the issue. If it didn’t work for you, at least not yet, could you please try creating a new scheduled report and double-check if that new one will work or not for you?

    Let me know about results, please, and if necessary we’ll investigate it further.
