SmartCrawl will not add links to sitemap

SmartCrawl is correctly identifying that 19 links are not present on the sitemap. However, when clicking “add all to sitemap” none of the links are being added.

    Hello Justin,

    I hope you’re having a nice day!

    Would you please try this:

    – go to the “Dashboard -> Home” page in your site’s back-end (the main dashboard screen)

    – look for “Sitemaps” box there (if it’s not there, expand “Screen Options” and enable it there)

    – there should be a link “Update sitemap now” in that box

    – click on it and wait until it finishes

    – the re-check sitemaps to see if those links got added.

If that doesn’t help, I’ll need to take a closer look so let me know please and enable support access to the site for me. To do this, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support” page in your site’s back-end and click on “Grant Support Access” button there.

    Best regards,

    Adam

I tried this but no luck. It still says our sitemap contains 1 item. This option was only available on each site also, rather than on the primary dashboard for the network. I’m also noticing that SmartCrawl isn’t seeing any of our content or images when it does a SEO check. I’m beginning to wonder if our theme is just totally incompatible and invisible to SmarCrawl?

I have granted support access. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for granting access, I was checking your site and noticed that you have both SmarCrawl and Yoast SEO plugins active there, and since both of these plugins are doing the same thing it’s quite possible that there’s a conflict between the two that’s causing this strange behavior for you.

Can you try disabling Yoast and then see if SmarCrawl can properly scan your content and update the sitemap?

    Best regards,

    Predrag
