Hummingbird couldn't run performance test

Can you help me get hummingbird to go through my site? I’m not using a local network.

    So sorry to hear the inconvenience you are having. Can you please try to initiate the performance test from the Hub in this link? Just navigate to the page and select the ‘Performance Tab’. You’ll find a ‘Run Test’ button there. Let me know if it works for you.

    If not, would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this?
