Reports not getting generated

Enabled Reports via Hub for two websites, but it isn’t sending any emails. Tested by disabling the Security, and Performance services too, still there isn’t any emails getting sent.

Checked the Spams folder to be sure, but there isn’t any emails. Please check the chat transcript for more info.

    From our end, looks like the latest report was emailed to you, for both websites.

    It took 3hrs for the reports to come through…

    The reports are not generated instantly; reports needs time to scan your site for security, performance, uptime, updates data and more. Once a scan of your site is done and a report PDF is generated, then you shall receive an email.

    Please schedule next report to be sent for you automatically as soon as possible and let us know if you will not receive an email again.
