Hi, why I cannot autoupdate themes Divi and Extra via the hub?

It writes: 2 updates failed. We recommend logging into your WP Admin and updating the plugins and/or themes manually.

By the way, in Updates Result table in your hub there is link to https://www.bonmoty.cz/wp-admin/ – I think there should be link to https://www.bonmoty.cz/wp-admin/update-core.php :slight_smile:

    I hope you are well today.

    The current version of the Hub does not support updating premium 3rd-party products such as Divi. Currently, it is limited to plugins whose updates are published through WordPress.org or our own offerings. However, work is being done to address this limitation and will be resolved in the near future.

    I hope this clarifies a bit.

    I'm chipping in here as it seems that James Morris misinformed you about Divi updates.

    Hub should normally be able to handle any updates that uses the default WP way, meaning updates that's visible in /wp-admin/update-core.php.

    Divi needs a license key, but after setting this up

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    you can see any pending updates in /wp-admin/update-core.php and these can be updated via Hub. I've already tested that with success.
