Website missing from THE HUB

I have been having issues with the website http://www.upstatebirth.com and now it is not showing up in THE HUB. Thoughts? I have a screenshot but no where to upload it here… Screen Shot 2018-04-18 at 10.17.51 PM

    It's possible the site unable to reach our API via the dashboard plugin if deactivated at some point. Check that the plugin is updated to latest version, deactivate/reactivate it, logout from Settings page

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    and try to connect the site again.

    If above don't address it or it keeps happening, let us know and we'll look further into it.
