automate wont activate from Hub

tried to activate automate through hub but just get spinning wheel, please advise

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked it for the site that you assigned to this ticket and it look like Automate is already configured and should be first triggered on nearest Saturday at around 7am.

    When you go now to The Hub, to the Automate section, what do you see in “Configuration” tab there? Could you share a screenshot with me, please?

    That “spinning wheel” – does it show for you when you make changes in configuration there and click on “Done” button or when you’re trying to switch any of configuration toggle switches on that page in The Hub?
