WPMU plugins are not updating

No WPMU update notification is showing, even when I use manually try the “check again” link in the WPMU DEV Dashboard.

    Further to this, the site is behind a sucuri WAF which has had all WPMUDev IPs (as advised by Ash) allowed on the firewall.

    It seems that the hub is also unable to poll the site to get plugin versions as I manually updated the affected plugins (defender & hummingbird) yesterday and got a notification today that it could not update them, even though both are now at the latest version.

    Additionally I was not able to grant support access when clicking the grey button in the WPMUDev plugin. Nothing happened.
