Website Redirecting to some other spam site

Please check our website we have installed defender but still site for some spam virus which is redirecting to some other spam website.

We do not have backups and would like to fix the issues.

    Such a redirect usually means that the site was infected so that would have to be checked. However, to be able to investigate it I would need a full access to the site: the site itself, files and the database. Would you be able to provide me with those?
