Receiving Uptime Downtime E-mails even when it is disabled

Still getting emails from downtime, for all my websites, even though emails are disabled, my inbox e-mail is full of Uptime e-mails, can you help me?

    I had about a hundred of these email again this morning…. also to note, my websites are not down when i check them immediately after receiving this emails. Do you guys have a compatibility issue with bluehost? I have pingdom monitoring my main website on that hosting, and i have gotten dozens of emails from you guys saying it has gone down, and pingdom saying it has been up the whole time.

    The main issues is the emails though, please fix that, then maybe look into the reason you guys think my websites are down multiple times a day every day.

    Just an update….. I moved some sites to your hosting this morning…. and have still been getting emails all day about them being down, then up, then down then up…. over and over! But they are on your hosting, and they havent really been down

    Hope you’re well!

    Sorry for the issue about Uptime notifications and thanks for reporting it. We just updated the notifications so it should be solved now. When you disable notifications it won’t send an email and only show on the hub.

    If it’s still sending for you, it can be still enabled behind the scenes. Please just try to toggle it one more time and will be solved.

    Also if you are getting down for the hub too for our hosting we can investigate this for you too! Let us know.
