Podcasts on my site don't work because the audio file URL is incorrect

I’m displaying podcast player on my site, but the audio file URL I enter on the edit page isn’t used on the frontend.

    Hello Marco ,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

    It looks like this plugin is not working on our WPMU DEV hosting :slight_frown: – I have tested it on another 2 hostings and it works there.

    I’m creating a task now for our sysadmins to check why those files are not playing and showing 404 error. They will investigate that.

    We will keep you posted about the results of our investigation.

    I am still a relatively new customer here and am feeling a bit underwhelmed with the speed and responsiveness of support. Can I trust the hosting of my client projects to WMPU dev or not? Back on Saturday, you indicated there is a problem with the hosting at the server level that is conflicting with the podcasting plugin I am trying to use for this site.

    Yesterday, and then early this morning I asked again about the status of my support request—but there is still no response. Now I am down to the deadline with my client…not cool. If this hosting was not going to work, I would have preferred to know that earlier in the week. Now I am stuck without the deliverable unless I come up with a workaround quick…

    Hope you are doing well.

    Sorry for the delay, we work on a queue when the thread is replied it goes back to the bottom of the queue and it can cause a delay with multiple replies.

    I can see this issue is already fixed, wouldn’t you mind please, check if this is working correctly now?
