[Hub] optionally exclude local/test sites

Would it be possible to optionally exclude local/test sites from the Hub without having to remove the WPMU DEV Dashboard?

A case example is Jetpack. If you pull from a live site with MigrateDB Pro, the local database will ask to confirm that its local:
