Automate not updating "WP All Import – ACF Add-On"

I’m having some plugins not being updated from Automate most of them are the premium plugin, like the, WP All Import – ACF Add-On and I just discovered that a site of one of our customers was offline because of an outdated, can you help me?

    Sorry to hear about that issue. Please do note that it’s common for the premium theme/plugins to have their own updater which might not be compatible with Hub. Seems like the listed plugins are already updated in your website side.

    Since we don’t have access to these premium plugins, could you please setup a site where an outdated version of these listed plugins are present, so that we could run couple of test, and bring into our Automate teams attention to see what further updates could be done to help get this working down the road.

      I’ve set up a testing environment and activated Automate there. I sent you credentials.

      Unfortunately, on this testing environment some of the plugins that aren’t updating on other websites, actually do update here.

      But still, there’s a lot of plugins which are not updating through Automate, or even showing up in the Automate logs.
