Images not Smushing and lazy load not working

When checking on GTmetrix report, I have images showing not optimized. However, when trying to Smush these, the uploads folder is not detecting images to be Smushed. With Lazy load enabled, images are also not displayed.

    I checked the Gtmetrix, and I can see the reported images are not located on your Media Library.

    By default, the Smush will find the images on WordPress media library and optimize them.

    Unfortunately, those images seem the be located on default uploads folder so we can't run the Smush Directory.

    I suggest you replace the images using the images on Media Library, then run a new Bulk Smush.

    I can also, see some images are from the theme, for those images you can run the Directory Smush.
