Can't activate Smush CDN.

I can’t activate Smush CDN. When I try to activate it the loader icon just spins and spins but it’s not activating.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I checked the site and when doing this I was able to catch yet another error message that says that there was an API error and sync was skipped.

    I think this is some kind of cache issue on our end, So I will bring this to our SLS (Second Line Support) so they can take a closer look at this issue.

    Please “stay tuned” and we’ll update you here as soon as we get feedback from them on the case.

    Could you please provide us with FTP/cPanel and WordPress credentials of your site, so that our Second Line Support Team can have a closer look at the issue? Also, could you please describe how we can replicate the issue on your site.

    Please Note: the credentials that you provided in Live Chat were credentials of the cloned site, I need the credentials of the issued site please.

    Also, please if you are using some kind of security plugin that can disallow our support staff from access your site, please deactivate it at least while we are fixing this issue on your site :slight_smile:
