Create Newsletter Subscribe

I have a subscribe text link which you have helped with before. We have seen another subscribe button on another website which we like too. Is it possible to have a static button that is visible in the bottom left at all times

      It is possible, I can create a static button with this functionality, you just need to provide me with your website credentials because it will require custom coding in the theme.

      Subject: “Attn: JUAN GARCIA

      – WordPress admin (login URL/username/password)

      Keep in mind the subject line as ensures that it gets assigned to me.

      The subscribe links keeps saying something went wrong, so not able to subscribe at all

      I will take a look at this issue as well while I am working in the static button.

    Thank you for sending us the info.

    We have worked on your site and made the Subscribe button static bottom left all the time. Would you please look at your site and check if you like the new fixed position of Subscribe button at bottom left?

    Also we are still investigating the issue “Something went wrong, please try again” on form submit. We will get back to you shortly when we have an update for you.

    Sorry for our late reply, my apologizes.

    1. If I change to Mailchimp the button does not work

    As per my check, the issue is with your selected MailChimp list. Your selected MailChimp list wasn't properly setup.

    To check this issue I've added my MailChimp API key and selected one of my MailChimp list. And the subscription works perfectly without any issue. Here's couple of screenshots showing MailChimp subscription is working. [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members][attachments are only viewable by logged-in members][attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    Still I haven't removed my MailChimp API key, I have left it so that you can check on your own that subscription form works with MailChimp. Once you check it, you can remove my API and use your own API. You can find proper documentation about MailChimp API integration here and look for it on Additional Notes: section.

    2. How do I change the word SUBSCRIBE

    To change the SUBSCRIBE word, you need to login to your FTP and go to this directory /public_html/wp-content/themes/listable-child-master/ and edit the functions.php file.

    You will find the Subscribe word at top. [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    Would you please add some more details on this? Did you mean that you couldn’t properly set up Mailchimp with Hustle subscription?

    But I couldn’t replicate that issue by myself. I can successfully sign up for newsletters, I have screen recorded a video where I have shown newsletter sign up is working.

    Hey there Chez !

    Hope you are doing well today!

    Unfortunately, Hustle doesn’t have a built-in out-of-the-box process to send notifications upon subscriptions. Since you’re using MailChimp, you can already get a notification when someone subscribes. This article describes the way you can enable that.

    There’s no global recommended image size, as this depends on the actual popup dimensions, the content used there and the rest of Hustle and theme styles of course.

    Are you looking having a featured image to the specific popup? Please advise!

    Cause I could export your settings, import them to a testing site of mine, add a featured image and share with you the image dimensions.

    Thank you i have added an image and all works ok. I see that Dimitris is on the site as a user, is it ok to delete it asks to add Attribute all content to:, shall I say no or yes.

    Within this same site, I have bought a bookmark plugin and when i go to register i get like a mini website, is this due to Hustle

    Of course you can, I didn’t add any content at all so you just skip that and say “no”.

    Not sure about that, even though it sounds irrelevant with Hustle. In order to better check this out though, could you please open a new thread about it or come find us in our live chat service?
