I migrated the site to WPMU DEV Hosting and I am trying to restore a backup from it, but it is not working fine. I can’t access the site admin, I get this error:
“Sorry, you are note allowed to access this page”.
And on the front-end the site seems to have returned to a default install, it’s not picking up what’s in the database.
The site was good the day I made the domain switch & the day after, as I added another post – so the 12th May 7.33pm restore should give me a full site, but it doesn’t.
The items come up in the database, but don’t show in the site. The last restore I’ve done is the one from 12th May 7.33pm – but the site hasn’t come back.
The database is showing the content, but the site is acting as though it is a fresh install. Can someone within your hosting services please take a look?
