[Hosting] Cannot download backups

I’m trying to download the hosting backups for my site. When I click the download link, it says it is preparing the backup and will send once ready.

But I have waited for many hours and have received no emails. Please advice.

    I hope you’re well today!

    After backup request is issued in the Hub (in Hosting section) and e-mail should be send to you containing a download link. While this may take a moment, it shouldn’t take long hours indeed.

    We’ve already asked our sysadmins to take care of the case so please keep an eye on both your inbox and this ticket and we’ll update you here as soon as they report back to us.

    I got some information from your sysadmins. The issue is related mostly to the size of the backup and they are working on an internal fix for that to address that for good.

    However, they also applied some changes related to your account so it should let you know download the backup. Could you please give it another go and let me know if it worked for you this time?

    There’s nothing specific to be done, just go to the hosting panel and request backup there, the usual way.

    Let me know, please, if you are able to get it now.
