Added domain to subsite but not working

I have added A record pointing to my Multisite here in wpmudev in my DNS settings. I think I did something wrong.

Then I added the domain g*****.**n here but if you visit that URL it just goes to my main site URL. Other subsite with custom domain works well.

    I can see on the Domains tab in hosting interface, you have both domains added:

    http://www.gr8.fun

    gr8.fun

    When you add a domain in the hosting interface, it always points to the main site on that hosting. But when you add one of those domains in the subsite URL, then it should load the subsite.

    Now, in your case I can see you added http://www.gr8.fun as a subsite url, but didn’t add gr8.fun. So, when you enter gr8.fun URL, it redirects to the main site. Hope it explains.

    Now for the domain http://www.gr8.fun, I can see it’s not propagated or you didn’t add any IP as cname. As www is a subdomain, so that has to be added as cname.

    Once you add the IP as cname for the A record, it should be fine.
