[Defender Pro] Disable File Editor Issue

I am having a weird behavior from Defender Pro plugin. I already disabled the File Editor with custom code. Yet, the plugin is asking me to disable and when I try to disable it says it’s already disabled. Can you please help me with this issue? Thank you

    Hi Ashraf ,

    Could you please open the wp-config.php located in the root directory. Root Directory is where /wp-content, /wp-admin, /wp-includes folder reside. Once the wp-config.php file is open, please check for the following code:
    define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true );

    And remove the above instances of the code from wp-config.php file, and then please try to disable the “Disable File Editor” option via Defender Pro, and then see whether you still get the same issue or not.

    If you still notice anomalies then please do enable support access so that we could give a closer look.
