Smush resizing my images wrongly

On one of my subsites, the image does not load correctly.

In elementor editor the page appear all goods but on the front-end they are not working correctly. Can you help me?

    I hope you’re well today!

    I tried to check the site for the image issue but, unfortunately, I don’t seem to have any access to the back-end of the sub-site affected. I can see image missing – not being displayed – on the front end and the error message “under the hood” is that CDN wasn’t able to convert it to WebP.

    I’m assuming though that you have tried the “resize and re-upload” solution suggested during chat and it didn’t work so in that case I would need to take a closer look at the case and that means I’d need to access the sub-site in question.

    Since it’s a mapped domain, login through WPMU DEV support access doesn’t work for it (I can only access main site and network admin). I tried some credentials that you put in the note on “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page within the site but they don’t seem to work for the subsite as well.

    That being said, could you please put admin level login and password for that specific sub-site there in the text field on “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page and let me know here once it’s done?

    I’ll access the site again then and investigate the issue.
