I banned my own IP on http://www.claudiagabler.com. How can I change this again?

You can whitelist all admin users from being locked out via a MU plugin.
Simply create a file called defender_disable_admin_lockout.php and upload it to wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder, if you don’t have that folder simply create it.

In that file add the exact following code:
