Hustle Pro embeds conflicts in site footer

I have created a Hustle embed and used the shortcode in Theme options to show it in footer. But the embed form doesn’t have the expected design what it should have.
But I have tried using the same shortcode in a test page where the embed works just fine. Not sure why it’s only making conflict in footer. Help me fixing this.

    Hi Bo ,

    Unfortunately, this seems more of a compatibility issue with the theme. The themes Theme Options settings don’t seem to support shortcode dynamically. I could notice similar issue if I try to add your existing Formidable form in there too:
    [formidable id=1]

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    The input fields for name, email etc get stripped out. I could notice the theme isn’t updated to the latest version, could you please try updating the theme to the latest version to see whether it helps?

    If you still notice the same issue, then I’m afraid, you’ll have to bring this into your theme supports attention to see what further could be done regarding this.
