Shipper and WPMU DEV not working.

The WPMU DEV Dashboard is not showing on this site.

And if we try to access Shipper settings from Plugins page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=shipper-settings we get:
Non hai il permesso di accedere a questa pagina.

We ran a plugin and theme conflict but ended up with the same issue even with only the dev dashboard and shipper active.

We spotted the issue when attempting to migrate one site to the other as Shipper said that the source site was not connected which is the one causing the issue and connected to the Hub.

    Hi Giorgio ,

    For security reasons, you can access Shipper settings only with the same admin account that has access to WPMU DEV Dashboard panel.
    Accounts provided in chat don’t have access to WPMU DEV panel so you won’t be able to access Shipper settings either.

    On your destination site you do have support access opened as well and when I logged in with that I was able to access Shipper settings properly.

    So you should use the accounts that have access to WPMU DEV dashboard in order to access Shipper settings, and once there you can go to Shipper > Settings > Permissions and grant access to other users if you wish.

    Let us know if that does the trick.
