    Hello Mike.

I am currently working on you migration issue. The credentials you provided do not seem to work. Could you plese enable support access for me so I could take a closer look at the site? to do so, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in site’s back-end, click on “Grant support access” button there and the let me know here (as I won’t be notified automatically).

Alternatively, I kindly request you to grant us access to your host to figure out what happened this time.

    Hello Mike.

Please do ignore my previous message regarding server access. I was facing some network issues which are now resolved.

I confirm that there was an issue with some WordFence tables during the restoration process. Tables tbi_wfHits and tbi_wfLogins were the issue, but after truncating them the setup continued without issues.

Beside this issue, I detected that your server setup lacks some PHP related extensions, such as php-json and php-mysql. Trying to install your migration package on my end worked without any further issues.

Running final step of Shipper returned that error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function json_decode()

Accessing WordPress on your new host returned that error:
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

I recommend you to contact your host asking to enabled those required PHP’s extensions. Using phpinfo() function you ll get all installed extensions, please do check if those extensions are installed (see attached).

Please let us know as soon as you have some news to assist you further with the migration.

    Stay safe!

    Kind regards,
    Alessandro.

Here is reply from server techs… so will use other option besides Shipper to move site

    Hello Michael,
The php-msql extension is installed for all PHP versions on the server as shown in the screenshot linked below. The json extension is compiled by default for all versions in all cPanel based servers and we’ve verified that this is in place on your server.

    Hello Mike.

Yeap, all these extensions are coming with PHP almost out of the box. I checked now your website and looks it has been migrated to you new VPS.

You are currently running PHP 7.2 which is recommended.

Is your issue resolved? Do you need further assistance? Do not hesitate to reach us!

    Stay safe!

    Kind regards,
    Alessandro.
