I'm trying to activate multisite for subdomains but I get an Incorrect Password Error

I’m exploring the hosting service on a seven day trial. My goal is to start staging my main Website for conversion to multisite. I notices a multisite “switch” on the hub 2.0 panel under the “Tools” Tab.
When I attempted to use the feature The page returns a “Invalid Password Error”
I changed and confirmed the password several times and I am now at a loss.

    Hi Peter ,

    That’s odd. Could you please try resetting the password of WPMU DEV account you have and then re-try again to see whether the conversion works?

    In general, the error means the password entered is incorrect, there isn’t any other report we have that would be causing such action other than an incorrect password. Maybe the password is saved in the browser is different than the one you are entering? You can try the following link to reset the password:

    If you still have an issue even after that then please do share a screenshot of the error you notice so that we could have ab better idea. Please do let us know how that goes.
