[Defender Pro] Login masking url returning a 404

I’ve set up masking but when I go to the login url it returns a 404. However, I can still log in via my WPMU Dev dashboard. Weird!

    I hope you’re well today!

    If by “login in via WPMU DEV Dashboard” you mean going to “WP Admin” via the button in the Hub then yes, that would work if Single Sign On is enabled.

    As for masking, please try this:

    – first, go to “Settings -> Permalinks” page in site’s back-end and click “Save Changes” button there; no need to make any actual changes, simply re-save settings “as they are” currently

    – second, go to “Hummingbird -> Dashboard” page and click on “Clear cache” button there to clear all cache on site

    After that please check if masking is working.

    If it doesn’t help, I’ll need to take a closer look at the site so if so, please grant me a support access to the site by going to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in site’s back-end and clicking on “Grant support access” button there.
