[Hummingbird Pro] I'm having trouble configuring caching for Hummingbird.

When I try to activate caching, I am told that there is another caching plugin enabled and that it is in my wp-content directory. However, the other caching feature on my site (through Jetpack) is disabled. I am not sure how to fix that, as I think I have already disabled what is causing the problem. Thanks.

    Hey Will,

    I hope you are well today!

    This issue is generally related with the caching plugins you used before, especially WP Rocket.

    Please keep in my mind that using more than one caching plugin or similar features related to cache and file compression could not only cause such cases but also can affect normal behaviour of the site.

    Please give us more details about which caching plugins did you use before.

    To resolve the issue;
    1. You need to delete the existing advanced-cache.php file located under your site’s /wp-content directory, using FTP login, file manager or cPanel.
    2. Deactivate and activate Hummingbird Page Cache to make sure the Page Caching works fine.

    Please keep us informed on the issue so that we could check further if necessary.

    Kind Regards,
    Zafer Oz
