[Hustle Pro] Hustle Pro – I am having a problem with the closing conditions of an informational po

Hello,
I am using Hustle Pro for an informational pop up with a CTA button on the home page of one of my websites.
I choose as an additional closing method to close the pop up after the CTA button is clicked but doesn’t work if the button has an anchor link on the same page. I tested it with link to another page, and it works.
Is it a problem with my website or this is how the pop up should work?
Thank you,
Sorin

    Hello SorinR ,

I am sorry to know that the popup did not work as expected on your end. I did try to check the same on my lab site and it worked like a charm. According to your explanation, it seems like something needs tweaking on your end.

To understand how the pop up is configured and to try and help you resolve the issue, I would need to access the site WP-Admin Dashboard. Could you please enable the support access for the same? To enable the support access, please navigate to your site WP-Admin dashboard-> WPMU DEV-> Support-> Support Access-> Grant support Access.

Here is the step by step instructions set for the same and also includes screenshots too:

Please let me know once you have enabled the support access so I would be notified of the same as there is no other way I would be notified when you enable the support access.

    Thank you,
    Prathamesh Palve

    Hello SorinR !

I’ve ran some additional tests both on my site and on your site using Support Access and it looks like the popup should work well – the settings seem okay to me.

So it may be some plugin or the theme interfering in some way with Hustle’s scripts. To check that, please run a plugin conflict test – disable all plugins besides hustle and see if the issue happens there. if it’s there, please also try with some default WordPress theme like 2020. If the issues is gone, enabling plugins one by one and checking should finally lead you to the plugins that’s stopping the correct behaviour.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Hello Pawel,

I am sorry for my late replay. Thank you so much for your kind and fast help, I really appreciate it a lot.
Indeed, I tested with the WordPress theme 2020 and the popup works perfectly. So, I suppose that the problem could be the Divi theme that I use.
I exported the popup and I used it on another website with the Divi theme and the problem is the same.
I will ask the technical support from elegantthemes for more information. Maybe, they will solve the problem in the next update.

    Kind regards,
    Sorin
