We pre-paid for hosting credits and have around 75 hosted sites. To properly handle bookkeeping and tax accounting we need to track the amount of the credit we used each calendar month. Currently this requires downloading, opening, and tracking over 75 PDF invoices per month (which is a lot of bookkeeping time!)
Use Cases:
– As an account holder I want to be able to visit the Payments & Billing area of the Hub and see or download a summary statement charges for the month and how they were paid (hosting credit, payment method, etc) in summary
– As an account holder I want to visit the Payments & Billing area of the Hub and download a summary PDF that includes a record of each invoice for the month so that I don’t have to individually download each PDF statement
