    Hi Ulbe

    I hope you’re well today!

I believe that by “the hub” you mean the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin which provides connection to The Hub.

I see that you had the site connected with us and it is giving “500 Internal server error” currently. This means that there’s either unexpected conflict on site or the site doesn’t have sufficient server resources.

If this happened right after installing WPMU DEV Dashboard and nothing else caused it, then removing the plugin should help:

    – please access you site installation using FTP, cPanel “File Manager” or similar method
    – go to the /wp-content/plugins folder
    – and remove the folder named “wpmudev-updates” from there

If there’s any cache active on server, purge it if possible. After that do visit your site’s login page and it should come up. You should then be able to login and WPMU DEV Dashboard would be deactivated/removed.

If it works, then let me know here and we can then investigate it further to find out why it happened and to make it work for you.

If the steps above do not work and even after removing the plugin there still the issue happening, then it means it’s not related to WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin/Hub. In such case you’d need to run full conflict test on site.

But first, please do try these steps and update us here about results.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
