[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Setting dates for subscription renewal

4

It would be great to find a workaround for clients who haven’t set up their subscription on time. For example, a client gets their first invoice on the 2nd of the month. They take 20 days to set up their subscription – which means I lose out on 20 days of payments! Another example would be companies who take 3 months to pay invoices – their invoices don’t stack up, instead, they’d essentially get two months free.
I’m aware this is due to the Stripe integration and the way that works, but it would be great to find a way to make sure renewal dates are the same as the first invoice dates.
Thanks!

Agreed. The user often sets up their account whenever they get their first invoice, and that’s when their service activates, but really I’d like to set the renewal date to the first of the next month. That kind of thing is not currently possible.

    Hi Brendan Ashmore

I hope you are doing well.

This situation should be due to the stripe integration, yes, but I understand your point of view, we are working in the automated modules and for example, we wouldn’t like to have a delay in hosting payment and ending up with customers getting some extended time due the late payment.

We escalated this request to our developers and designers.
    Best Regards
