It’s important to be able to change the date on the bill to match renewal of their previous hosting or to schedule for a future date. All our other systems have this.
Example case: Customer has already paid us for 12 months hosting, it expires on 1st Nov. We need to set a bill to be sent to them on 1st Nov.
Example 2: Customer was invoiced on 1st May for website hosting annually, but they changed their mind and want monthly. We can’t edit it, so void, create new, but they’ve had a month free hosting.
