[The Hub Client] Live chat support enabled only for the admin account in The Hub Client

HI- i’m requesting live chat support for the primary admin account be added into the Hub client. I use the The Client hub to manage most of my operations, but its missing the support feature so i need to constantly go back into the main Hub for it. This would be visible only to the main admin, not clients.

    The HUB client protects several features to be reached from the HUB Client plugin. As explained in the documentation :

    Note that the access you grant to users in your Hub Client is restricted to Hub features only. It does not grant users access to your WPMU DEV account, or any of the other features of your account (like live-chat support).

    This helps reinforce the access through WPMU Dev separating the functionality accessible to the account owner from the one for your users, as defined in the user roles:

    It is a better practice to access the WPMU Dev account for any member specific feature as LiveChat so you can keep it independent from the Hub Client.

    However, I will share this information to our team so they can evaluate it. Keep in mind their response may take some considerable time and based on their findings, they may include it as a feature request in the future.
