When it comes to autofilling the “Registrant Information” for a new domain registration or transfer it can be very frustrating.
The reason is because it is there, yes to allow us to attach the domain to a client, but yet it doesn’t speed up any time because you still have to find or get the address and the clients first and last name, reformat the phone number, etc.
This could be better streamlined if we already had this information up front when creating the clients profile.
I find myself having to copy and past a lot and what could be a few seconds actually takes me a lot longer to do.
PS. I do realize you’re using Stripe to keep it all in sync and they are limited to what they ask for by default.
PPS. They do however have the ability to add extra info.
