[Snapshot Pro] Show server load so we can choose more ideal backup time

In a recent ticket we were diagnosing a backup failure and it was noted that a DEV server has a high load.

A new request was provided in that thread but I’m moving it here for proper visibility and consideration:

Summary: If we can see when WPMU DEV backup servers are normally under high load, we can try to pick other times for our backups. This can be a win-win for everyone.

    I hope you are doing well.

    The issue happens as the plugin is adding a fixed scheduled hour by default, so as soon the plugin grows the number of API requests grows as well, this is a known situation and our developers are already working to improve it.

    However, providing information about the API usage is not something that should be done, it always opens a security door, the best solution is indeed to improve the API scale to avoid those issues, currently, it is already scales if necessary but still, some failures happening and we are working to improve.
