Support for Icelandic Characters in The Hub URL Naming Structure

The Hub is not supporting Icelandic characters for site’s name/URL, and this should work in the Hub.

    We have submitted a feature request to add support for Icelandic Characters in the HUB site name and URL. Unfortunately, I couldn’t share an ETA for this feature request. This is a public ticket. If the request gets more votes on this ticket, it will be brought to the team’s attention.
